Note: In Auckland, pickup and drop-off of is at Auckland Airport between 8.00am and 3.00pm. In Christchurch and Queenstown, pick-up and drop-off is at airport between 8.00am and 4.30pm.(charge applies).
Our vehicles cannot be left in Airport parking lots for client pick-up - this is a rule set by the airport authorities.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Fee: where you have prepaid the non-refundable deposit and your reservation then cancelled the booking prior to the Agreed Rental Period collection date
Day of confirmation to 30 days from the collection date – The Bond is non-refundable
30 to 14 days from collection date – 25% of total booking value plus non-refundable bond
13-8 days from collection date – 50% of total booking value plus non-refundable bond
Seven days or less, including no-show – 100% of the total booking value plus non-refundable bond
All drivers must hold a full ‘Class 1’ drivers licence. If the driver is intending to be paid or rewarded for driving then a ‘PSL’ (Passenger Service Licence) and a ‘P’ (Passenger Endorsement) are required.
Minimum age is 21 years old.
A minimum Rental Period may apply to some rentals and the daily rate could change for a shorter term. Get Quote
There are no refunds provided for early returns once the hire has commenced.

Yes, all Maugers Rentals’ minivans/minibuses, coaches and people movers have front and rear air conditioning, for comfortable travelling.
No bond payment is required but we do require you to authorise the use of your credit card in place of a bond. We will store your credit card details in a secure electronic vault.
No, there is no charge for additional drivers: we prefer you to have the option to share the driving.

Yes, Maugers Rentals vehicles are insured whilst on Interislander ferries.
